Nirmenn Developments Inc. is an Ontario-based design firm providing building permit and engineering support for residential and light commercial projects. We work with homeowners, contractors, and business owners to deliver clear, code-compliant solutions that support safe and efficient construction.

Our Expertise

We specialize in the preparation of permit-ready drawings and engineering designs for renovations, additions, legal basements, secondary dwelling units, and small commercial fit-outs. Our services include structural design and review, code compliance support, and coordination with municipalities throughout the permit review process.

All drafting and design work is completed in-house and reviewed by Canadian-trained professionals familiar with local codes and municipal requirements. Where required, engineering work is reviewed and sealed by a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in accordance with provincial regulations.

We take a practical, transparent approach — clearly defining scope, timelines, and exclusions so clients understand what is included from the start.

Our involvement does not end at permit submission; we continue to support clients through the review process and assist with coordination as projects move toward approval.
